Service Data September 2024
Our quarterly service data publication is now available to download here, and covers the last three months of operation of the Official Injury Claim service. The data and statistics presented in this publication reflect data captured by the service during the period of 1 July 2024 - 30 September 2024.
Following the recent inclusion of the claim lifecycle and dormancy sections in the publication, we are now also including additional data surrounding the top 5 reasons for calls being made into the Portal Support Centre.
